One of the things that makes the Master Game so unique is the interesting plays that occur. I haven't done a good job pointing these out but I wanted to point out one that happened tonight. This is not a crazy play just something different. Anyway, Astros lead the Mets in the bottom of the eighth 3-2. One out with Doug Rader on second and Dennis Menke is at bat. Nolan Ryan 6(XW) is pitching his guts out, allowing no earned runs through 7.1 innings. The PRN is 37 as a result of a 42 on Menke's card. I roll fielding three for the one rated Ryan. This takes me to the runner on second RP board. I roll a 22 and looking down the 37 column that's a 22-catcher. (I don't think you call that a PRN?) . I roll fielding one for the eight rated Grote. The result is Menke strikes out but the pitch eludes Grote. Rader tries to go to third but Grote guns him out with Menke safe at first. I scored it a passed ball and strike out which the Strat Manual Entry feature has.
