We are on week two of a three week
chemo break . . .
and Steve's energy was up good enough
to drive to town and walk around
the Memorial Day car show.
The weather was cool
and it was a perfect day.
I got off on the hood ornaments
and the grills.
They don't make them like this
any more :)
Does anyone remember the Edsel?
I do!
Remember these, from the drive-in movies.
If Henry Ford would have seen
them in red . . . he might not have
choosen black for his color of choice.

It was so nice to get out with my man
and do something normal.
We have the rest of this week
and then Monday we are back to
the chemo ward.
